is this an actual way to loose weight ?
i read online that if you simply only drink water for a few days, you can slim down fast; and during the days only eating a quarter of the calories you normally would, and have them only be in fruits or vegetables.
does this actually work? has anyone tried it?
i really, really need to loose 10-15 lbs by next week.

You probably know that you can’t safely lose 10-15 lbs. In a week. This is how people get into trouble. You’ve got to eat sensibly and exercise. If you just starve yourself you will only make yourself gain more weight in the end. A more realistic goal would be 1 lb. A week, assuming that you’ve actually got the weight to lose.

Im trying to slim down…. Trying to lose a stone?
I dont do a lot per day apart from sit in front of a computer screen. If I was to eat only four strawberrys and a mullerlight would I still be losing weight and how much. I weigh 10.5 stone and I dont get any excercise. How long would this take….Thx

Get up every 15-20 mins and walk around and take a break and before work or after go for a run for 30 mins 5 times a week.

How can I go down to a size 5 or 7 in 2-3 months? I already eat pretty healthy, and around 900-1000 cals a day, but what exercises can I do to slim down in a couple months?
