Your Questions Regarding How To Slim Down In 3 Days

Helen asks…

How long should I run everyday to slim down my thighs and legs?

I’ve been running ever since and my legs are pretty muscular. I’m 5’7 and 115 lbs. Everything is lean except for my thighs and I want them to be lean, not boxy and muscular. I’ve been eating more fruits and veggies and cutting back on sweets. Since it’s summer, I’ve been using my free time running for about an hour 3-4 days a week but I don’t see any changes. Plus, when school kicks in, I’ll probably have less time to run unless I do track (I’ve been doing track for 2 years now) but I think all that sprinting will build up muscle instead of slimming my legs down. I guess I could run on the treadmill for half an hour after school? I really need help on scheduling my workouts and losing the muscular thighs/legs.

Jane answers:

Sprinting will build muscle making you have muscular legs. If you want to slim down start running long distances. It will take a while , it wont just happen in one week. I dont think you should quit track but do long distance instead of sprinting if you’re that worried about your legs, or do cross country. Good luck !

Hope i helped!

Sandy asks…

i need to know how to slim down before school starts?

school starts in 3 weeks and i want to have a slimmer waist line, and a smaller belly. my diet is only 1300 calories a day. what exercises would help?

Jane answers:

Try to exercise as much as possible. Also, eating better foods for your body will help. Ex; vegetables, fruit, instead of chips and fries and candy. If you like to, running is great. Outside is great, but if you don’t like that, if you have a treadmill either walk or run and you can burn a ton of calories. If you have access to a gym or have one in your house then maybe try the elliptical or bike and that will burn many calories for you. The higher the level, the more calories. If you can’t go to a gym just go for a walk. It’s nice and it will still burn calories. Exercises for your core or strength training could help as well. Remember though if you start doing something like lifting weights you might put on mussel so don’t be surprised if you weigh yourself and your weight isn’t down immediately. Good luck! And your lucky you start in 3 weeks!! I start in a week! :)

Sharon asks…

how do i lose weight fast and effectively
i’m already going on an all fruit diet
and i have swimming classes 3-4 days a week
and boxing after that
i need to lose 80 pound by the end of june
if this is impossible i’d love the advice on how to lose weight faster

Jane answers:

Changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.

You can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains (Asian basmati or jasmine rice gives lots of energy and can be found at your local oriental/asian market or some super markets), & yogurt..2. Drink only water, juice, & milk..3. Walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)
