how to get rid of your man boobs and tone your chest?
To be honest i haven’t got huge man boobs but i have noticed them creaping in slowly…I never used to have them at all and had a flat toned chest. I started working out alot for 4 months 5 days a week doing one muscle group per day with 7 different exercises and 10 reps on each. i put on a stone and my chest got bigger i had a 6 pack. Then i slowly stopped working out and got into drinking alot of alcohol and about 6 months down the line noticed that i have small man boobs and want to get rid of them. I am slim 6’2 and weigh about 75kg can anyone help with giveing me some exercises to do or any suggestions please

Hey these are good suggestions cheers all….it was the forces lifestyle that screwed me over but i’m on the case and i gonna sort it…been going gym for a month now i much admit i haven’t done alot of running….but i do a fair bit of bodyboarding which seems to help a little anyways keep em coming ;o)

Push ups and any sort of rowing exercise. The push ups will help you retone everything too! I love them. You have to work them pecs and cut the alcohol hon. More protien for muscle and less alcohol for man boobies!

help me understand the water and diet deal

ok so here in the past few days ive been drinking a butt ton of water.
im doing it to get healthy, slim down, and i hear it clears the skin =P
but from all the water ive drank, ive GAINED weight.
so now im starting a diet.
mainly special k crap, some fruit and some lean cuisine( any suggestions)
so with exercise, how long should it take me to shed 10 pounds? 20?

am i fat or this is how my body supposed to be??
i’m 5’3 and my weight is 158 lbs. [recently] my weight hovers around 150. i don’t eat junk food and i have a work out routine. but i can’t seem to lose weight. i have a little bit of a gut but i can’t get rid of it. i eat about one meal a day [i'm too busy to eat any other meals]
my meal is typically dinner and it includes rice [cause i'm asian
] typically veggies and i don’t really eat alot of meat.
i drink about about 5-6 17 oz of water each day and no soda or sweetened water.
my daily workout routine:
2 hours of tennis.
1 hour of jogging.
2 hours of swimming [laps]
60 laps on stairs. 30 skipped step and 30 non skip. [stairway is about 30 steps in total]
and before i sleep i do 60 sit ups. 10 push ups.
[i have a stamina of a horse]
i’ve been doing this for the last two years. any tips on losing weight?? sometimes i feel insecure about my weight especially being a teenager. but everything i do doesn’t change anything. any tips on losing weight at all??? or atleast slim down?
i do try to eat more then one meal a day like pick up nutrition bars and fruits and stuff. my portions are limited and in total i eat about 1,500 calories a day like the recommended diet consumption of calories. but nothing is changing.

Most of your weight might stem from muscle. But to make sure you might want to boost your metabolism. Try eating more then one meal a day. Generally when you work out a lot and you only get but so much nutrition your body tries to hold on to as much of the nutriuents as possible (generally in the form of fat). Try eating three meals. It doesn’t have to be anything big fro breakfast it could be gfranola, yogurt, and ‘fakin’ bacon or something. And try to nibble on healthy type food through out the day like carrots or broccolli. Your body will kick into gear and metabolizefaster generally if you eat more (not necessarily meaning over eat) and you’ll lose weight. Hope that helps.
