How can I lose weight quickly for a photoshoot in 10 days?

I have a photoshoot coming up in about 10 days. I don’t care if it’s healthy or not, I just need to slim down a bit, and shed hopefully about 5-10 pounds. Don’t leave responses about healthy lifestyles, because this is just an urgent question, I know how to take care of myself. I just need to lose some pounds before the shoot. I know wrestlers learn how to lose pounds quickly, to make weight. Anyone knowledgable in that department, or can give any tips on quick weight loss…please help!

Dangerously long sauna sessions, anything you can do to sweat, starving yourself and lots of water, if you don’t drink water your body will start to horde it and you will become bloated, if you want that “shrink-wrapped” look then avoid water and eat dry oatmeal/cereal for 2-3 days before the shoot. Eating dry grains will pull the water from under your skin in order to digest the food. Wear soft comfortable shoes as you will not have any padding on the bottom of your feet since no water will be there and a good moisturizer for your skin. You will feel like death but you’ll look great, if that’s what your going for.

How to lose weight in 10 days?

I was on a trip for a couple of months, and I gained weight, and i’m coming back in 10 days and i want to look slimmer. i’m hoping to lose 10 pounds in ten days. is that possible? what should be my calorie intake for the day and how long do i have to exercise so i could reach my goal?

I am not sure if it’s possible but I think it is cuz my sister lost 4 lbs in 5 days so that’s pretty close. Anyways I suggest eating healthy such as lots of vegetables, fruits, 100% whole wheat stuff, brown rice only, oatmeal, milk-eggs, tofu, fish, cut off on red meat. Drink plenty of water. Rest for 8 hours; no more, no less. And exercise-exercise-EXERCISE. I suggest running/jogging for atleast an hour everyday. And maybe in the evening like 5 or 6 do some yoga at home or exercise in trademill for 40 min to an hour. Good luck!!
