How to lose 20 lbs? I have 19 days?

Ok..so i have 19 days until my big event. im thinking about starting off with a 3 day water fast just to detox my body and give me a lil kick off. n then itll probly be 110% fruits and veggies for the other 16 days and running and weights. i obviously need to keep up this lifestyle after the 19 days but does anyone have any extra things i can do to guarentee my 20lbs by the 19th day?! id love any help i can get. or if someone would like to do this with me, it always seems easier when you have someone to do it with you :)

Unlike other weight loss programs with slower dieting results over a longer period of time, the best programs will focus on faster weight loss but will also keep you healthy. Having faster results will also keep you motivated and keeping you on the program.

im 5,3 175 pounds and i used to smoke moderately about once or twice a day, every other day and now im on probation ive been working out and drinking water and cranberry juice for about 9 days and i need to know urgently how long this will stay in my system and i also bought something could Detox 7 from cvs and have been using it for 3 days and it supposedly cleans out your system in a week. i really need all the help i can get i really want to pass this test and for those of you who think im a dirtbag i quit smoking as easy as 123 so i dont smoke anymore ……PLEASE HELP and for those who answer with good responses THANK YOU VERY MUCH

how difficult is it to fast?

so, i want to try a longer fast (2 weeks, maybe 3 if i can get the determination) and have been reading up on how to do it safely. i’m doing it partially for detox, partially for weight, partially to see if i can whip my culinary-love into submission.
for those of you who have fasted before, how hard was it? did u last till the end? is there a day that u suddenly gets easier? (some places i heard the first 3 days is hardest, others say 6th day. hoping for a more exact specific so i dont cave in)

p.s. i’m going to try sticking with just water.

I’ve only done it for three days. It was my goal mind you, I only wanted to get my appetite and sweet tooth under control, and that was enough.

You are always hungry, but like any sensation, it becomes somewhat numb after like 36h, so it becomes much more endurable.

Your energy level should be the same, though I wouldn’t recommend doing exercise while you’re fasting. Your metabolism will, of course, slow down. I felt colder.

Like other said, it’s not a good weight-loss method. You’ll lose it, sure, but there’s a good chance you’ll gain it back. For detox and appetite control, that’s good. And a great exercise in willpower.

Drink PLENTY of water and come back gradually. Your digestive system basically shuts off after a day (you won’t go to the can except to pee). I only drank a glass of orange juice on the morning after, then a very light lunch.
