Can someone tell me what would cause these symptoms?

Ok…Well for the last 3 or 4 days I have this dull achy feeling in my central pelvis…I did have a lot of gas the first day which is what I thought it was but now I do not …
I know some of these things are probably just random but also
I gained 1 inch in hips but lost 2 inches in the belly
It doesn’t really feel like PMS but I honestly can’t remember what that is like seeing as I haven’t had a period in nearly 2 years…I guess it sort of feels like that but mild
I am also very tired ( I have a baby, I know! hehe ) but to the point where I can’t even focus I just stare all day at everything and this started about 2 days ago ..It feels liek my brain is shutting down
About 1 week ago I was really nauseated for about 1 hour then it went away and hasn’t come back
These things probably don’t mean anything but what are all the possibilites?
Also I have massive discharge for the last week or 2 and about 3 days ago a big glob of yellowy discharge came out
I don’t have a yeast infection =( No vaginal symptoms, no itching, burning etc and now the discharge is normal coloured ( mostly ) just quite abundant

What you describes is exactly the process for an egg being fertilized and implanted (nausea for hour).
You may want to take a pregnancy test just in case.

Sounds like you are going to start getting your period again.
Just to be on the safe side, though, do these 2 things:
1. Take a home pregnancy test
2. See your doctor

No period while I was pregnant and none due to nursing
