A strong whole body cleanse!?
I have used the Wild Rise herbal d-tox 12 day program for the last couple of years, 3-4 times a year. I am looking for something new. Either more aggressive or equivalent? I love the idea of detoxifying and of course the slim down. Any ideas ? Or is the wild rose as good as it gets??

Jane answers:
Micah, i’ve found that colonics and enemas work much better.

Track questions!!! Please help?
Okay so joined track march the 7th. I really like it a lot. We have had 3 meets already. I feel like Im getting a little bit better of a runner every day. Im 5’4 and 150. I would really like to slim down some especially in my stomach region. What is a good routine I can do in the mornings? Also what is cardio and how can I do it at home?

Jane answers:
You should be doing abdominal exercises and also do planks.
If you are on a team you should be doing some cardio, but you can do some by running, biking or swimming.

First props for working on being healthy!
I can only tell you what I am doing.
#1- no crazy diets or suppliments
Get a multivitamin thats a whole vitamin.
I have been working on limiting my portion size
and I have also been making the point to get out and get active.
I hate working out- so I have to trick myself- telling myself- I am going to to dog park.. And I will just jog a bit with my dog.
Then I keep pushing myself.. Setting little goals.. Like just past that post and keep moving the goal so I go farther each time.
I also have been cutting out sugar and random snacking by asking myself this question: Am I bored or just really hungry?
If its bored.. Then I need to do something and if I am hungry- I have made a point of having easy to grab healthy snacks like raw carrots and string cheese- although I limit that one.
Good Luck- I hope I was helpful
