Nancy asks…
really need some help before its too late!!! 10 points please?
NOTICE: I AM GOING TO SLIM THE QUESTION DOWN AS MUCH AS I CAN.
…really want to be with this guy
…known each other for 3 years
…NO LONGER friends with benefits
…decided to be just friends
…have feelings for each…
…i don’t want to mess anything up(continue fwb)
…some day we want to be in a relationship
…right now trying to get to know each other more
…not going to get a chance to see him for an entire month so idk.
yes i have heard that say why milk a cow when you can get the milk free.
that is why i am not doing anything. i wonder if this will go any further than what it is. my gut is telling me to wait it out and let him miss me, let him know that i’m not all about just that. don’t like playing games. i believe life is short and i don’t want to wait much longer.
so here is an overview in questions: please answer
what should i do? I ddon’twant to mess things up
what might be the hold up with him?
if you are a guy or if you were one, what would you do if you were him?
if you are a girl, vise versa to the last question
WHAT ARE THINGS THAT MIGHT MAKE HIM REALIZE I DON’T HAVE FOREVER????
please give any help you can. i will gladly give 10 points to the best answer.`
ATTENTION: SADLY I HAVE TOLD HIM MANY TIMES HOW I FELT. STILL THE SAME. IF HE WANTS TO SOON BE WITH ME LIKE HE SAYS HE IS , THEN HE WILL HAVE TO WORK HARD. DON’T I NEED TO LET HIM MISS ME, CUT OFF CONTACT FOR A WHILE?

Jane answers:
This is kind of a sticky situation because it could really go either way, depending on a lot of things that are going to wholly unique to your situation and your guy. If you wait it out there could be some sudden realization that you’re the one he wants, but there’s an equal chance you’ll drift apart and there’s also an equal chance that you’ll remain friends.
In all honesty, you’re probably better off putting this guy on the back burner for a little while, remain friends and see what other opportunities present themselves to you. There are so many great people in the world and if this one isn’t giving you what you want, there’s probably someone out there who will.

Jane answers:
I think that if i were you i would have a serious conversation with this guy about how i felt. There is nothing wrong about putting your feelings out on the table and see what happens. People are not mind readers you have to tell them if you want them to know something. Just lay it all for him so that he understands where you are coming from and where you want this relationship to go in the future. Many Blessings!

Mary asks…
How to run for slimming down and getting fitter?
Well I’m a 13 year old guy, trying to get skinny and fit (I’m fit but not skinny now), what is a good running program to do this? Like how far, how hard, how long, what days? I want to improve all aspects of my running (long, med, short, sprints etc) and get a slim body. For anythhing from sports to running cross country. How can I achieve this? And how long will it take? Thanks for any tips or suggestions.
Also my ‘training’ now is to go for a run on an off road (very hilly) track for probably 20 minutes running/jogging and 5-10 walking (stretch afterwards). Is that bad? Should I be running on a flat? Because I think that it will build my muscles running up hills while not getting the same cardio benefit (or something, I really don’t know).

Jane answers:
To get fit you just need to run for a half hour 3 times a week.
To get really fit and lose weight, what you are doing is great but sprint the up hills and jog the down hills. What Scarhead is saying about 45 minute runs to burn through glycogen stores to get to fat buring is true but the cardiovascular effect of intevals (the speeding up and slowing down of your heart as yourun up the hill and recuperate coming down) continues for hurs after you stop running. Good luck!
