I want to lose weight. I tried slimming pills but I experienced palpitations. I want to switch to slimming teas. What is the safe slimming tea would you recommend?

My mom and my sister both drink “Bioslim” and they seem to like it and it works for them. They have been drinking it for a year now and we’ve seen no side effect either. However, since I am a little bit more health conscious and I don’t like taking herbal medicines and stuff, I just drink green tea. I drink one glass 15 minutes before every meal and drink one glass after each meal. It has helped me loose weight slowly but safely. So, if you are really looking for a healthy way to loose weight, just go with the natural green tea.

is it ok to take a slimming pill with a slimming tea? the 2 brands are different from each other?
Im currently using Zhen de Shou as my slimming pill and i’m planning to use ABS herbal slimming tea together with my pill because i feel constipated with the pill itself, so i need something to discharge the food that i intake.

Do not mix your tea with pills they dehydrate you that is the slimming secret, Diuretics. You may end up with Kidney failure if you aren’t careful, and I agree with the other answer they don’t really help you loose weight just water retention.
