Cuz you can lose it really fast by just going on youtube and typing in “quick workout videos”
i did that and ran and hoola hooped (it sounds silly but it works)
i lost 10 pounds in about 3 weeks
(sorry idk how to compare kilos to pounds)

Is it harmful to lose 10 lbs in 10 days?
i found this diet that seems realistic to lose 10 lbs in 10 days(by only eating fruits and vegetables for those 10 days and drinking a lot of water) but my friend thinks it is too dangerous to follow.
what do u think?
and if u have any suggestions to lose weight fast please help, i have an event coming up that i would like to slim down for.
Btw i am not over or underweight i have a bmi of about 23, which is like higher medium. i just want to slim down to about 20 bmi for this event

Most diets that seem to good to be true are false. The best way to diet is to watch your caloric intake with steady cardiovascular exercise. If you were only to eat fruits and vegetables, you might not fill your daily caloric requirement which would be harmful to your body. Furthermore, this crash diet can lead to heart problems and can make it harder for you to keep the weight off in the long run. Just try to eat healthy, well-balanced foods (with not only fruits and vegetables while they are good for you) and a good workout routine which will help you shed pounds in a gradual, healthy manner. I’m not considered fat at all, I have a flat stomach & I’m very athletic, I’d just like to slim down a little bit for an up comming event. I’d like to lose about 10 pounds in 10 days, does anyone have any suggestions?

You Wont lose 10lbs in 10 days maybe 5lbs at the most
Okay the best way to lose weight is to concentrate on 2 main things, this is your diet and your workout.
—Diet—-
You need to get both of them right, now your diet should work like this… You should be eating a meal every 2-3 hours but not a junk food snack/meal. When i say meal i mean something which is healthy ie you might have some pasta with tuna, or a quick banana as a snack. The foods you eat should be COMPLEX carbs ie pasta, brown bread etc etc. You also want to try and get as much fruit + ved in a day. Make sure you have a good amount of protein throughout your meals.
Now you also need to work out your Basal Metabolic Rate, this simply tells you how many calories you burn a day, you need to find out how much your actually eating now its most likely to be in excess if it is you want to TRY and cut down 500 calories and stick to your new total amount. This shouldnt be hard because you will be eating Complex carbs which are just as filling but have a lower calorie count but are better for you than empty calories which are found in simple carbs.

Here are some tips for you
Okay now for your workout what you want to be doing is concentrating on many different types of cardio exercises. These are your jogging,swimming basically anything that makes you sweat and makes your heart pound. If you can join a gym as they have a lot of cardio machines there. Now once you get in to the hang of say jogging, what i mean by this is say you jog 20 mins everyday eventually you will come to a point where your not losing anymore weight this is like hitting a brick wall, this means you need to up the game, start jogging that extra five minutes a day, start taking that one less suagr in your cup of tea.
The most important tip to remember is to vary your cardio routines. Your body gets used to the same cardio routines done over and over. By varying your routine, your body will have to adjust, and thus causes a rise in the metabolic rate, thereby burning calories faster. But how many people do you see walking everyday in your neighborhood, or on the same treadmill or elliptical machine at the gym, and their body never seems to be changing. They do all that work and see no visible results. That is because the conventional wisdom is to get some form of cardio 3-5 days a week at 30 – 60 minutes.
A better alternative is high impact interval training. High impact training could include doing a warm-up of 3-4 minutes on a treadmill, followed by 1 minute at 8 mph, then 1 1/2 minutes at 4 mph, then run 10 mph for 1 minute, then walk at 4 mph for 1 1/2 minutes. You can repeat this 3 or 4 times to get a very effective, and not boring cardio workout.
You can also incorporate running or walking stairs, or do short sprints. The sprints need not be long (20,30, 50 yards), and you rest by walking back to the starting point. These are very effective. Have you ever seen a fat person running the 100 yard dash at the Olympics?
And often overlooked is the jump rope. Do short bursts of jump rope at a brisk pace with some faster paced, or double jumps, or criss crosses mixed in.
By applying these cardio tips on how to burn calories fast, you should be able to jump start your metabolism, and make progress towards your fitness goals
I can guarantee you that you will lose weight i have had to both GAIN and LOSE weight as i was an ex boxer I assure you that this will work, but the most important tip is motivation from YOU!

Tips for quick and safe weight loss for holiday in 10 days?
Ok, I’m not obese or anything and I’m in the ‘normal’ BMI range but I have a bit of a bulge of fat on my thighs and stomach
Since the holiday has been booked, I decided that I was going to slim down for the holiday to look good in a bikini. I planned to lose weight slowly but steadily, not making drastic changes but I’ve been really busy for the last few months and didn’t really get round to losing weight. So, I’m here, 10 days before leaving to Turkey and I don’t look good in a bikini.
I’ve started to diet and exercise a bit yesterday but please could you guys share with me any tips for quick (but safe) weight loss suitable for a 17 year old. Any diet or exercise hints? Thank you so much for your help, it’s greatly appreciated ![]()
Also, I’m an ovo-vegetarian so I don’t eat/drink products containing any meat or dairy

Try this, you’ll see and feel results in 2-3 days. The muscle will outweigh the fat so don’t let the scale discourage you
For exercise, try switching it up (Monday work on arms, Tuesday work on stomach, Wednesday work on legs, Thursday Rest, Friday Arms, Saturday Stomach, Sunday Legs) though you can choose your own schedule/plan. Try maybe using different machines for stomach or legs or arms so your body doesn’t get used to it. Also, try increasing the amount of exercise you do every week.
For eating, try portion control (70% of your diet is food intake but exercise is also important) eating the serving size and if there is no designated serving size, 1 cup if it’s a meal and 1/2 a cup if it’s a snack.
Breakfast- Whenever you choose
Drink of choice- hour after breakfast (all other drinks being water; one cup of drink of choice)
Lunch- 1hr after Drink of choice
Snack- 1/2 cup, 1 hour after lunch
Dinner- 2 hours after snack
It doesn’t matter WHAT you eat unless you’re on a specific diet such as Atkins, it’s mostly just How MUCH we take in and how OFTEN we take it in. I have problems with over-eating and I’ll eat an ice cream, oh I want another and it’s not b/c I’m hungry it’s b/c I have a craving for it and it feels like I can’t wait. Also, eating out of boredom, try drinking water often to prevent hunger. I also have this problem and especially when I’m exercising. (Try buying a treadmill or a few exercising supplies or maybe you can get a gym subscription) and bring with you in an insulated glass/mug full of ice b/c I always and alot of other people always want a little something to feel like their eating or munching on and this is perfect b/c it’s hydrating and you get the little munch out of it.
Also, how I said about buying some equipment or gym subscription, I’d recommend you buy your own that way you pay a little extra and the rest is free not 1/2 the price every month or whatever. Try buying about the things (one for legs, one for stomach, one for legs and maybe as you get more into, you could add more). Also, if you lift weights try increasing the amount of weight each weeks or two. ![]()

I just started wedding planning, what is the best way to slim down w/o bulk but w/a feminine structure?10 pts!?
I would like to know some work outs that will help. Not only is it for the big day but for changing my life style. I am usually 155 lbs but I am up to 175 lbs. I am 5’7″. I don’t look good under 155lbs because many people have said so. I have a nice figure about 155-160 so I am looking to do some workouts that amplify that. I have curves and a nice hips and butt….wish I had more boobage…
anyways the reason I am letting you know this info is maybe somebody out there is about my size and has some good tips. I love cardio kickboxing and cardio dance mix workouts. I find the treadmill doesn’t get the toning that i need. I find that toning is really important but i don’t want to go overboard.
How do I amplify my good traits? I cannot afford a trainer at this time but Its not out of the question. I am waiting on a membership to my local gym based on income level.

Really cardio is best. Try a punching back and running on an incline. Just cut your calories and you should lose a lb or 2 per week so about 2 inches per month!
