Ok the eternal battle — the best and only way to tone down those areas…are cardio 4-5 days a week…30-40mins…start as slowly as you need to and work your way up….you need to decrease the amount of fat you consume…and the cardio will work on the rest…its a long term solution…I am battling with the same issue and its taking me a long time to see results…but they are coming along…good luck…

Drink plenty of water, eat healthy green veggies and snack on protein foods and have protein portions for dinner such as, chicken, turkey and fish. Adequate exercise helps.

To lose weight fast. Do cardio 2 to 3 times per day in a sweat suit. Take a diet pill at 7am and 11am. Drink 20 glasses water per day. Only eat can tuna, beans and plain lettuce and carrots. Keep calories between 500 to 700 calories.

A more sensible approach would be.

Concentrate on overall fitness and maintaining a healthy heart.
For best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 70% protein 30% carbs.

Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels.
Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, boiled eggs, lean beef with all the fat drained off) and beans (lentil, lima, chile or any type of bean)

For your carbs stay away from breads, pasta and rice. They do provide energy but they are high in calories. Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.

Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA

Well water fasting seems to do the trick but it isn’t healthy for the body, it just cleans out your system and refreshes but it drains you out big time and your tired all the time. Once you eat again you just gain it back if not done properly. I should know but I’ve been doing it for quite some time and I’m slimming out but if I were you I wouldn’t risk it especially if your health is not so great. But it depends on the person. But like what the others said proper diet and exercise is better and much healthier for you. Choose wise. Peace!

I am a girl, i am 5’5″, and 135 pounds. I want to lose a couple pounds and have a flat stomach. I also want to slim down my thighs. Help please!!!

Jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
An excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
