If I workout for at least 30 minutes 2 to 3 times a day, will I tone up and slim down faster?
What if I did this for about 2 months? I want to go from 128 to 115.
I have a small waist line with legs that are pretty muscular and I tend to build muscle fast in my lower body.

If you work out too much, your body will work against you. It is very important that you supply your body with the right nutrients it needs to replenish itself after a workout. 15 pounds is relatively easy to loose if you know what you are doing. It is as simple as: 1,2,3
1. Eat only nutritous foods & stay away from fast food & processed food
2. Reduce the size of your food portions. Watch for the deep breath you take while eating. Most people miss it, but it is the pause that your body takes when it has had enough or too much.
3. When you exercise, do both a good cardiac workout and some strength training. More lean muscle equals a higher metabalism. Also, you don’t need to work out anymore than thirty minutes to one hour a day. If you can keep your target heart rate up for at least 30 minutes or more, your body will begin to burn more calories.

how can i make my face slim down in 3 days because its swollen of eating to much food?

Jane answers:
Well you do first of all have to start eating less. Try to eat foods that don’t have a lot of sodium because that aid in the chubby, swollen face. Do not add salt to your food, stay away from carbonated sodas(even diet), and drink lots of water!!!!!!! You can even take an over the counter water pill….All of these things should have you loosing the swollen water weight face. Good luck!

I’ve put myself on a diet (I don’t really know what I’m doing…) but still, I’m eating less.
Also, what are three exercises that will help me slim down in 30 days? I’m 16 and I’m overweight. I’ve been doing exercises all summer. Crunches, Walking. Everything. I haven’t slimmed. And I’ve been eating LOADS less. So that’s not an excuse.
Anyway. What are three exercises that will help me slim down just a tad before school starts.
