How To Get More Fiber

One of the most overlooked nutrients that you should have in a healthy diet is dietary fiber. Ordinarily our focus is on fat and carbohydrates and the ongoing war between the low-fat and the low-carb advocates. Protein doesn’t really get a look in either, but then we all know that we need something like this to remain healthy and unless you are a vegetarian then it is easy to get protein from any meat you consume. Yet fiber, which will provide you with a wide range of health benefits but also helps you to feel full for longer periods of time so you consume less at mealtimes, is rarely mentioned. You should also try to exercise like on an elliptical fitness machine.
