Hi dear,
follow these guidelines to get rid of belly fat
- Start exercising. Getting a flat stomach involves losing belly fat. To achieve this, start a workout routine. If possible, exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. If this isn’t possible, strive to exercise for at least 90 minutes a week – running, power walking, swimming or biking.
- Strengthen the core muscles. In conjunction with losing belly fat, choose workouts that exercise the core muscles. Effective workouts include dancing, pilates, crunches, and knee and leg lifts. For the best result, keep your abdominal muscles tight during core workouts.
- Improve your diet. Bad eating habits can impede weight loss efforts. Eliminate fatty foods and sugary foods from your diet. Choose lean meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, and eat no more than 130 grams of carbs a day.
- Eliminate alcoholic beverages from your diet. Drinking more than two alcoholic beverages a day can raise cortisol levels in the body and decrease the metabolism. Cortisol increases hunger, and a slower metabolism makes it harder to burn fat and calories – especially in the abdomen.
- Drink plenty of water. Water flushes excess sodium and fluids from your body, which can help you achieve a flat stomach. Additionally, drinking water fills your stomach quicker, and you’re less likely to overeat.
- Control stress. Being stressed or feeling anxious can also release high levels of cortisol. In addition to increasing appetite, this hormone redistributes fat to the abdomen. Learn how to control or reduce stress. Practice breathing exercises, workout or get a massage.
- Reduce abdominal bloating. A low-fiber diet and certain foods can produce abdominal bloating. This prevents a flat stomach. Increase your fiber intake to fight bloating, and limit trigger foods such as beans, raw vegetables, lactose and starches. Take a digestive enzyme tablet to eliminate bloating.

How can you slim down waistline fast?
I’ve been doing crunches and stuff for a while and it has been helping alot but I’m not quite there yet. My lower stomach still sticks out more then my upper stomach and I was wondering if anybody knew about anything that would even that out. I don’t want any surgery or anything and since I’m on my school basketball team i don’t think that i need to run or anything. I would prefer that this happen sooner rather than later. I’m not asking for an overnight job or anything because I now that’s impossible, just something that will bring in my lower stomach so that its even with my upper stomach and that can be done within a couple of weeks, and by the way I am a man. Thanks for all the help, I appreciate it.
I was also hoping for some excersises that I could do that might help. I don’t have any equipment really, just 5-pound dumbells. And keep in mind that it is my lower stomach that i want to bring in. Thank you.

how can i lose weight and stomach fat fast?
I’m 13 and overweight for my age I weight 69 kg and want to drop at least 7 kg in 2 weeks time when school starts.. I was planning on working out this summer but my family and i went on vacation for 5 weeks.I have a lot of stomach fat and I really want to get rid of it.
Any sort of advice on slimming down quickly will be appreciated

Simple. Just exercise more and eat less (and healthier). Try to only eat when you’re hungry and eat smaller portions (like instead of eating a whole bag of chips, eat a small bowl and savor it). Don’t eat just because you’re bored and don’t eat in front of the computer or TV. Make healthier meals with lots vegetables and whole grains. Drink skim milk at dinner but drink water the rest of the day. You can still enjoy a few cookies or a bowl of ice cream, just don’t overdo it.
For exercise, make it a goal to do something physical every day. You could take the dog for a walk, go biking, go for a jog, swim a few laps, do some hard yard work, go for a hike, do some sit ups and pushups, try yoga, or watch a workout video! Don’t make up complicated routines or anything; you’ll be less likely to keep it up. It’s okay if you miss a day or two; just make sure you start back up again the next day.
Also, don’t forget to take a multivitamin and get enough sleep! Good luck, you can do it!

I have a little bit of a belly and i want 2 slim it down is there anything i can do to make it go away fast?

You cannot spot reduce … You will have to do overall fat loss and body toning … Try swimming or kick-box aerobics … Something will focus on core balance and body strength …
Also, watch out for foods that irritate your stomach … You could appear to have more of a stomach if you are gassy/bloated from eating dairy or eggs or something …
