do you need a cd to hook up ps2 online (slim verison)?

yea i might of said that, my last question was going to be the last about my ps2 online promblem but i still never got an answer that helped me alot , so still my question is do you need a cd , and if how dose it come with the slim new ps2 ? and if not where can i find this , i would apericate it if you anwsered please !!1 i realy want my ps2 hooked up!! thanks:P

yeah the online startup disc comes with the slim ps2, but there are some ps2 games that can take you through the process of setting up an internet connection on the ps2. i dont know where you can find the discs other than getting them with the ps2. try ebay, or try going to gamestop and ask if they have the internet startup disc for the slim ps2. hope this helped. if money isnt the issue then try getting a ps3, because it will be a much easier process to set up an internet connection
