Could someone please tell me if this a good way of losing weight?
Okay, i might not be doing enough to lose weight so i would really appreciate some help. Here’s some details:
Im 18, 5ft 4 and weigh 9 and half stone or 133 pounds. I’m aware this isn’t exactly “overweight” but it’s more than i used to be and i have a ball to go to at the end of January that i want to slim down a bit for.
