Hi! i’ve recently just started doing sports and it’s going to be quite intensive soon. Is it ok for me to eat a high protein, low carbo diet? or will that result in increased gaining of muscle. i want to be toned, not muscular. thx
Not eating carbs and then playing a sport is going to make you feel like crap. Don’t worry about gaining muscle, worry about passing out.
But no, you probably won’t gain a lot of muscle. Good luck.
