I’m fifteen years old and weigh 93.33 pounds. I don’t want to lose any weight but I want to be healthy. Also, I want to join the track team. Is there any way possible where I can exercise and eat healthy without losing any weight?

When you exercise you are actually losing some weight because your body is burning fat. So after each exercise session have a break and make sure you eat so you body gains back what ever it lost.
