
Lemon-water fasting? Weight loss estimation?
Hey.
I’m wondering how much weight you think I would lose if I went three days only drinking around 10 glasses or so of lemon water.
Probably not a lot, I’m aware of that.
But any perhaps? Assuming I don’t gorge myself with food afterwards.
Please, don’t tell me this is “unhealthy” or whatever. It’s not entirely for weight loss purposes either, but also a cleansing purpose. I am also quite overweight, and it’s necessary for me.

Your actual weight loss is not calculable. You will most likely loose weight. It is not “unhealthy” unless you have a health condition with require attention that fasting would disturb. Don’t gorge afterward. Eat healthy, raw, vegetable and fruits after you break you fast. Stay hydrated with purified natural spring water! Good luck!
