Ok, so i am on a diet and eat pasta allot (this is not all i eat, but i am fond of it), but i have cheese on the pasta, is this ruining the whole concept of ‘diet’ .. and making the pasta a unhealthy meal because of the cheese? i also do have weight watchers tuna with it sometimes, but mostly cheese. thanks in advance

I figure i’m going to start eating LESS cheese and switch to low fat cheese.
Try to measure the quantities and use low fat cheese. Low fat cheese (around 12% or less) is a healthy choice. But just don’t overdo it. Keep your overall calories restricted and then,yes, you are not ruining the whole concept. You are just fine. Cheese is rich in protein, calcium and much more so when you keep saturated fat in low levels you are perfect.
